Documentary on Friedemann Vogel featured in Singapore Dan:s Festival

As part of the 2020 Dan:s Festival, The Esplanade Singapore will be screening the documentary “Friedemann Vogel: Incarnation of Dance” online from 12th to 31st October. A principal dancer with the renowned Stuttgart Ballet, Friedemann Vogel holds the national title of Kammertänzer - the highest honour for a German dancer, and is the only male dancer worldwide ever elected “Dancer of the Year” more than once. The 60-minute portrait by Katja Trautwein follows the German ballet superstar for over half a year in 2018 as his work takes him around the world, for rehearsals and performances in Stuttgart, Berlin, Moscow, Tokyo, and Stockholm, as well as for a fashion shoot in Paris.
