Fabiana Piccioli lights the world premiere of "Jephtha" by Oliver Mears, with video projection by Sander Loonen at the Royal Opera House on 8 November

Fabiana Piccioli and Oliver Mears have previously worked together on Eugene Onegin for the Scottish Opera (for which she won the Knight of Illumination award for her lighting) and Rigoletto for the Nevill Holt Opera. Handel’s Jephtha brings them together for their third collaboration, and will premiere at the Royal Opera House on 8 November, featuring Allan Clayton in the title role.
