Friedemann Vogel makes his feature film debut in "CRANKO"

Ballet star Friedemann Vogel will be making his feature film debut in “Cranko”, a biopic directed by Joachim Lang and starring Sam Riley as the visionary choreographer who created “the Stuttgart Ballet miracle”. His character Heinz Clauss was a ballet star John Cranko invited to join the Stuttgart Ballet, and who subsequently because the principal of the now prestigious John Cranko Schule.

Cranko will have its world premiere at the Stuttgart Opera House on 20 September, before a cinematic release in Germany on 3 October 2024.
